Lemme get this straight, the Bush Administration, had John Bolton and John Yoo doing everything in their power to circumvent the Congress in virtually all areas, much less when it comes to Treaties. Now Obama is about to be sworn in, these same two bozos feel now's the time for the Senate to reassert its Treaty power??

Like past presidents, Mr. Obama will likely be tempted to avoid the requirement that treaties must be approved by two-thirds of the Senate.
